Here I am!

Whew! It's been a crazy week/weekend! We went to visit our fun friends Johnny and Tina over the weekend down in Horseshoe Bay. It is so beautiful out there! I just wish it weren't so far away. We took Austin and he is getting so active now that it wears me out! I think I'm burning more calories these days, so that's a plus, right? ;o) Every time we're at J&T's we always end up staying up WAY too late just chatting, playing pool, catching up, whatever. Well, then....the Little Dude decided that he'd like to party the next morning at 5:45! Ugh. Not exactly the hour I was thinking would be agreeable. But then, no one asked me. It's all part of the fun.

Anyway, we did have a great time, but I'm definitley having to catch up on sleep. Austin also decided he would have some teething issues this past weekend out at the lakehouse. Teething tablets and baby Tylenol are my friends. Poor guy. All in all, he did really well with the 4 hour car ride each way, and sleeping in a new place, different bed, etc. He is getting so darn cute! Of course, he was always cute, but now he is getting so active and moving around more. He is so proud of himself when he accomplishes little things like standing up next to the coffee table.

Anyway, I took a bunch of new pics with my new camera this weekend, so I'll try to post those tomorrow. I'm still trying to catch my breath, ya know?
